About

Zoe Outreach Ministries: A Ministry of Restoration The name “Zoe” which means “Ultimate Life” or “Life with Christ”, “a life of peace and fulfillment” was given to Pastor Hargrove because of our vision to transform the lives of individuals and families through Jesus Christ. Zoe (life) according to I John 5:12 is what we will experience as we give our lives totally to Christ. The name is significant because it tells the unbeliever and unchurched that they can also experience God's peace, acceptance, and joy when they surrender to Christ.

Zoe is strategically located in the inner city of Racine, Wisconsin to provide an eternal answer to those who are in the grip of the enemy. Zoe is a non-denominational, and autonomous church. We are a God-Ordained, Spirit-led, Word-based, Prayer-saturated, and Worship and Praise-filled ministry with a focus on Kingdom Impact in the community.
